Keep it simple and you'll be good. If you don't agree with their choice of team, you might want to move on because a "house divided" can get ugly during football season. It's how we say sane in the hot, summer months, so consider it a gift when we want to go. It's no secret we like our food fried, so you might as well find your favorites now.

And if you hear them say they are packin', they don't mean for a trip. Because the weather changes so often in the Sooner State, we can enjoy beautiful days outdoors in all seasons. Oklahoma has a great music scene and we love supporting local artists and attending big concerts. You'll be surprised at the diverse topography of the state.

We have more than 10 eco-regions and each one has its own unique characteristics. We promise you'll have a good time and eat more than you can handle.

Our weather can change more than 40 degrees in a matter of hours, so don't mock us when we dress for winter and summer on the same day. The state is full of smart, funny and friendly people, and if you have the chance to date an Oklahoman, do it!
